Step Three

Once Offer Is Accepted:

  • Wire deposit in escrow
  • Notify Lender to begin loan and appraisal process
  • Review/sign escrow instructions
  • Contact insurance agent for coverage
  • Provide escrow with vesting

Time to Inspect:

  • Schedule inspections
  • Review reports and disclosures
  • Approve or negotiate repairs
  • Review/approve title report
  • Schedule walk-through prior to close

Step Four

Just before the Close:

  • Review/approve closing statement and escrow documents
  • Arrange wire to escrow for the down payment & closing costs
  • Transfer utilities in your name
  • Closing, Key delivery... Celebration!
